1. Eligibility

• All active subscribers included in draw: All active/new subscribers to the All Four x 4 Spares Newsletter will be automatically entered into this draw.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or older to participate in the draw.

2. The Prize Draw

• Prize Value & Description: One (1) non-transferrable gift card will be awarded in two (2) separate draws, with a value of $250 AUD each for online use only on All Four x 4 Spare's website and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Drawing Dates: The first drawing will take place on 30/10/24 and the second drawing will take place on 28/11/24. A random selection process will determine the winner on both occasions.
• Notification & Claiming the Prize: The winner will be announced on social media and also notified via email by All Four x 4 Spares at the email address associated with their subscription. The winner may also be contacted by social media or phone. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being contacted, otherwise the prize may be forfeited.

3. General Rules

• No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free; however, subscribing to our newsletter and other marketing materials from All Four x 4 Spares is necessary for eligibility.
• Void Where Prohibited: This prize draw is void in jurisdictions where it's prohibited by law.
• Change of Terms: All Four x 4 Spares reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated via this page.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions, delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government restrictions).
