Oil Pressure Switch suitable for Freelander 1 1.8L, & 2.5L V6, Discovery 2, Range Rover P38 V8 Engines
This is a brand new quality Oil Pressure Switch
Suitable for:
- Land Rover Freelander 1, fited with either the 1.8 litre or 2.5 litre V6 engines, built from 1996 to 2006 runout (see note below)
- Range Rover P38, fitted with the 4.0 litre & 4.6 litre V8 petrol engines, built from 1995 to 2001 runout (from VIN XA426594)see note below.
- Land Rover Discovery 2, fitted with the 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine, built from 1999 to 2004 runout (from VIN XA231751) see note below.
NOTE: This brown plug single terminal switch has a parallel thread. On a Freelander 1, there is also a tapered thread type. please check.
This switch is screws into the front engine cover on a Discovery 2 V8 & Range Rover P38.

- All electrical parts or components sold carry a 30 Day parts only warranty unless otherwise specified.
- All Four x 4 Warranty does not cover - Labour expenses, freight or towing costs, oil leaks, broken gears, consequential damage, loss of income or any other loss or expense.
- All Four x 4 will not be liable for any repairs or work carried out, without prior approval from All Four x 4.
- Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
- Warranty is void for components used in performance / modified vehicles or parts / competition / off road / race applications.
- All fitment information is for vehicles released in Australia, unless specified otherwise.
