This kit includes a pair of high quality aftermarket complete CV and Axle assemblies, Right and Left Hand Inner Axle Seals and a diff drop / diff relocation kit
Suits Prado 120 and 150 Series - KZJ120 KDJ120 GRJ120 RZJ120 KDJ150 GRJ150 GDJ150 and FJ Cruiser GSJ15
A common cause of failure of CV's when fitted to lifted vehicles is due to the greater angles at which the CV joint works
A remedy for this problem is to relocate or space the diff lower in relation to the vehicles body to bring those CV angles back closer to original specifications
Roadsafe diff drop kits are application specific and supplied complete to get the job done
This bolt on diff relocation kit corrects the geometry on the front driveshaft and CV's, lowering the diff by approximately 25mm, thus reducing the angles the CV's need to operate on
This means standard dimension CV and axles can be used, making future maintenance much easier than trying to source extended CV/Axle assembly
Also allows the bash plate to be refitted
It is good practice to change the inner oil seals when replacing a CV and axle assembly
So we have included both the right and left hand inner axle oil seals in this kit (not shown in images)
Both genuine Toyota seals
Outer (hub) seals are same left and right for Prado 120/150 Series and FJ Cruiser GSJ15
