All Four x 4 Sustainable Dismantling

At All Four x 4, weā€™re committed to protecting the environment and ensuring that our business runs in a sustainable, eco-friendly manner. Our dismantling department was built from the ground up with recycling in mind, and weā€™ve managed to achieve an over 80% recycling rate for every vehicle that we process.

Through our approach of recycling written off vehicles, we prevent tonnes of scrap metal each year from being dumped into landfill. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), when this scrap iron and steel is used in manufacturing instead of ore, there is an 86% reduction in air pollution, 76% reduction in water pollution and a staggering 105% reduction in solid waste.

Some of the items that we recycle and keep from landfill include:

  • Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals from Damaged Motor Vehicles
  • Electric Motor Windings from Alternators & Starter Motors
  • Vehicle Batteries
  • Tyres
  • Diesel & Petrol
  • Alloy & Magnesium Wheels
  • Vehicle Wiring Harnesses
  • Oil & Coolant
  • Cardboard

Our reconditioning program also conserves energy and resources by restoring core and exchanged parts back to manufacturer specifications. The amount of energy and materials needed to rebuild these components is minimal compared to the resources needed to manufacture all new parts. Reconditioning also has the bonus of allowing us to offer wholesale, trade, and retail customers quality parts at up to 50% less cost than the equivalent new part.

All Four x 4 Dismantling Warehouse

Best practice recycling has always been a high priority to our highly trained workshop technicians. All reclaimable waste is caught through our dedicated recycling process where we capture coolant, oils, steel and aluminium. We also crush down all steel engine filters, allowing us to recover oil, fuel and steel which would otherwise go to landfill.

Our business practices are constantly being revised and our responsibility to the environment is always kept front of mind. In recent years, all our lighting throughout our sites has been converted to energy efficient LEDs and our exterior lighting has been set up to run on timers. We have also invested heavily in low water usage devices and equipment throughout the business, significantly reducing our water usage.

Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service

All Four x 4 Proudly Supports Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service

All Four x 4 Spares is a proud supporter of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service [WRHS]. The WRHS operate four state of the art aeromedical helicopters from three bases in Belmont, Tamworth and Lismore, with a heavy maintenance, engineering and administration facility at Broadmeadow.

Missions carried out by the WRHS are tasked by NSW Ambulance and include Pre-Hospital Emergencies, Inter-Hospital Transfers as well as Search and Rescue Operations. These missions can vary between flights for babies who are just minutes old to searches for distress beacons, missing vehicles, persons and aircraft.

The WRHS has provided an incredibly valuable service to the Northern NSW community since 1975, and their highly trained and experienced crews are the first point of call for those who are injured or require urgent specialist care in remote or inaccessible areas.

2023 Variety Postie Dash

We're excited to announce that our very own Troy Cant will be doing the 2023 Variety Postie Dash.
During the previous Dash, we had the opportunity to assist one of the teams by providing them with parts so that they could participate.

This November, Troy will be riding his Postie bike for roughly 1100 kms through the beautiful NSW South Coast and hinterlands over the course of six days. As part of the Dash, Troy and the other participants will be delivering donations to aid children who are sick, disadvantaged, or have special needs in the rural towns and schools that they pass along the way

Here's a sneak peek of the route Troy and the others will be taking:

Ambrose for Amber Golf Day

All Four x 4 proudly supported the Ambrose for Amber Golf Day

We were recently given the opportunity to support RUN DIPG as a sponsor at the Ambrose for Amber Golf Day.

This event was organised in the memory of Amber Hughes who sadly passed away from Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) in September 2022 after being diagnosed in September 2021.
DIPG is a type of brain tumour found in an area of the brainstem known as the pons. It primarily affects children and unfortunately fewer than 10% survive two years from diagnosis.

Through this golf day, over $41,000 was raised to help fund further research into DIPG.

For more information about RUN DIPG, and how you can also support their cause, please click here to vist their website.

Charlie's Run 4 Kids 2023

All Four x 4 proudly supported Charlie's Run 4 Kids 2023 as a Gold Sponsor

We're proud to announce that All Four x 4 was a MAJOR GOLD SPONSOR for Charlie's Run 4 Kids (CR4K) this year! The runners covered an incredible 150 kms over 5 days, starting from Seals Rocks and finishing at Dudley.

This heartwarming initiative supported families in need, specifically this year focusing on Lilah & Savvy. It was an honor to stand beside such a wonderful cause. If you'd like to contribute, or read about Lilah & Savvy's stories, please click here.

We're grateful to all who participated and supported this event. Thank you for joining us in making a difference.
