This is a new quality Lucas brand Steering Lock Igntion Barrel & Switch with Keys
Suitable for:
- Land Rover Discovery 1, fitted with the 300 TDi 2.5 litre turbo diesel and 3.9 litre V8 EFi petrol, built from from 1994 to 1999 runout. (from VIN number MA081991 to WA)
- Range Rover Classic, built in 1994 only "Soft Dash" (from VIN MA647645 onwards)
NOTE: This Steering Lock can be retrofitted to a Discovery 2. The Steering Lock on a Discovery 2 is very expensive to buy. A cheaper and alternative replacement is to modify the Discovery 1 Sterering Lock to fit.
This Ignition Barrel can be re-pinned to suit the Discovery 2, by a locksmith. Or use the keys that come with this switch assembly.
Just keep the keyless entry remote fob on the same keyring as there is a passive coil behind the steering column shroud on the Discovery 2 that needs to keep in communication with the fob.

- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
