Front Propeller Shaft for Land Rover Discovery 2
This part is a quality aftermarket front propeller shaft
It is located between the transfer case front output shaft and the front differential of the Land Rover Discovery 2
Suits all variants of Discovery 2 including petrol and diesel engines with either automatic or manual transmissions
It has double cardan joint at one end
All universal joints and the slip joint are greaseable
Note: We have had reports of the drivers side air conditioning drain pipe dripping onto the front propshaft
This can cause premature failure of the double cardan joint and/or slip joint
We advise checking your drain pipe and possibly re-routing to avoid this issue
While doing this job we recommend looking at the passenger side A/C drain pipe as well
This is known to drip on the XYZ / transmission inhibitor switch, which is quite costly to replace

- All Four x 4 Warranty does not cover - Labour expenses, freight or towing costs, oil leaks, broken gears, consequential damage, loss of income or any other loss or expense.
- All Four x 4 will not be liable for any repairs or work carried out, without prior approval from All Four x 4.
- Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
- Warranty is void for components used in performance / modified vehicles or parts / competition / off road / race applications.
- All fitment information is for vehicles released in Australia, unless specified otherwise.

Excellent product with improvements over factory unit
Land Rover failed to install grease nipples on their factory drive shaft, resulting in on-road failure in my case. The replacement shaft has grease nipples fitted to the Cardan joint uni's and I was pleasantly surprised to find these when the shaft was unpacked after a very quick order delivery. Thank you All Four x 4 Spares...I highly recommend you :)
